Kaki Lima Boston is a wife and husband team (Retno and Pete) on a mission to introduce high-quality Indonesian cuisine to a wider audience. And on Monday, Nov. 14, we are taking our 'Best of Boston' pop up restaurant series to Masa in the South End.
This will be our LAST POP UP this season!
Retno uses only the freshest and most authentic Indonesian ingredients and techniques. This is Indonesian food as it should be. You can read more about Retno here. And you can read what people are saying about her cooking here.
Monday's dinner will be a flavor-packed multi-course meal. Cocktails will begin at 6 p.m. and the first course will go out at 7 p.m. Beer, wine, cocktails and other drinks will be sold separately by Masa. We are also super excited to have the music of DJ Ryan Brown throughout dinner. And for those who want to stick around after dinner, have a few drinks and hang out with Chef Retno and the rest of the Kaki Lima community, DJ Ryan Brown will continue to spin records at an after-party (open to the public) until at least 10:30.
Limited seating is available and these events typically sell out really fast. So get your tickets right away if you want a seat. Note: due to the nature of the event, we will not be able to accommodate allergies and other dietary restrictions (sorry!). Be aware that shrimp paste, tree nuts and peanuts are used in a lot of Indonesian cooking.
